Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar For Lower BG levels

Years ago I read the book entitled "Vermont Folk Medicine" by D.C Jarvis, M.D. (still available on Amazon for around $7.00). It is an interesting read promoting the benefits of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and honey as used in Vermont Folk medicine and also in regards to treating cows by adding apple cider vinegar to their feed etc.

Today, some of the wonder cures for apple cider vinegar have been questioned or disproved to some extent. In my opinion, perhaps the greatest benefit of using raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (such as Bragg's) is helping to keep your system alkaline. Remember MOST diseases have their root in an acid PH and drinking a glass or two of water every day with a tablespoon of Bragg's apple cider vinegar with the "Mother" in it, can't hurt.

If you enjoy learning something new or would like to discover the information found in the book by Dr. Jarvis, I would encourage you to pick up a copy. I think you will enjoy it.

I believe that if you're healthy, you're capable of doing everything. There's no one else who can give you health but God, and by being healthy I believe that God is listening to me.

What are the Top 3 Questions People Ask About Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar?

1. What is the '"mother" of vinegar? The "mother" of vinegar is a dark, cloudy sediment. Only present in raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, it naturally occurs as connected strand-like chains of protein enzyme molecules. Many people believe it is the "mother" that is what provides so many health benefits.

2. Is Bragg's ACV distilled? No! When vinegar is distilled, it's turned to steam and the powerful enzymes are destroyed. Distilling also destroys the natural malic and tartaric acids which are important in fighting toxins and harmful organisms. Bragg's is kept raw so all these beneficial properties are preserved.
