I am going to post just one short excerpt from Konstantin Monastyrsky's website. Whether or not you are a diabetic or not, there is a wealth of nutritional and common sense dietary information on this site. I would strongly encourage you to take a look at this site and the logic behind it and the proof that this sort of diet works for everyone.
