Other Vitamin C Formulas That I use

Until I can order the C-salts powdered Vitamin C, I have been using both Spring Valley Vitamin C and also Nature Made Vitamin C in 1000 mg tablets. I was concerned about other fillers, and ingredients other than just Vitamin C, so I looked them both up. Here is what I found:

Here is information on Nature Made Vitamin C brand:

  • Less than 5 mg of sodium per serving

As PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, I am going to order and start taking C-salts Vitamin C powder, along with Lysine and Proline and other supplements mainly because of the convenience of the powder, the quality and so I do not have to swallow "Horse Pill" sized tablets several times a day. Currently every morning on an empty stomach I am taking 4/1000 mg Nature Made vitamin C tablets, (4) Lysine 1000 mg tablets. Later after a three mile walk, I drink a whey protein shake which contains another 1, 611 mg of Lysine and 1,115 mg of Proline (Amino acids). I normally take another 2000 mg of Vitamin C mid afternoon and another 1000 mg Lysine tablet. Before bedtime, I am taking another 2000 mg of vitamin C.

IF you do the math, I am consuming 8000 mg of Vitamin C a day on average and 6,611 mg of Lysine along with 1,115 mg of Proline every day. I feel that meets the "Unified Theory" of Unclogging existing clogged arteries and certainly MORE THAN a maintenance dose age of the three primary ingredients of the Pauling formula:

  • Vitamin C
  • Lysine (essential amino acid)
  • Proline (non-essential amino acid)

I just had a Post Op nuclear EKG done about a month or so after my surgery on July 24th and will likely have another one ordered for a year or 18 months from now. My intention is to maintain the HIGH dose of these three ingredients in order to prayerfully and hopefully be able to show concrete proof the Unified Theory and prove at least to myself that it works and my arteries will be much clearer than they were on July 23, 2013.

I am also taking 1000 mg of L-Arginine, 100 mg of CoQ10, 200 units of Vitamin E, 500 mg of Ginger root, along with other supplements of calcium, magnesium, zinc,  B-Complex, and kelp tablets, Vitamin D3,  Testofen / 2X day, fenugreek / 2X a day, an Alive Men's Multi, cinnamon caps, etc.
