PAIN = Acid and ACID = Pain

It is widely believed amongst a fairly large percentage of the natural cure community that many illnesses including diabetes are brought on at least in part by a system that is overly acid. Acid causes inflammation and inflammation causes disease.

What to do about it?


A recent obscure article in the Wall Street Journal
concerning the possible cause of chronic pain is very
significant and supports my foundational theory. My
theory is quite simple - acid equals pain and pain
equals acid.

Scientists have discovered that the naked mole rat
is highly sensitive to touch, but when it comes to
chili peppers or acid, the hairless, sausage-like
creatures are immune to the acidic sting. These rats
are found in oxygen-starved burrows in East Africa
and lack a chemical called Substance F, which
causes the sensation of burning pain in mammals.

The absence of Substance F probably helps the rodents
cope with the acid that builds in their tissues as
they breathe in the high levels of carbon dioxide
in their underground dens.

The researchers further suggest that "acid-sensing"
is thought to play a key role in chronic inflammatory
pain in the naked mole rat and maybe the secret to
reversing chronic pain in humans.

For humans the answer is very simple for increasing
or decreasing or eliminating chronic inflammatory pain.
Increase your tissue acid with an acidic lifestyle and
diet and increase your pain. Decrease your tissue acid
with an alkaline lifestyle and diet and decrease your

Why Alkalizing is So Important

Green electron rich foods are a most effective natural cure for heart dis-ease, MS, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, low energy, gaseous stomach, constipation, IBS, Crohn’s and most important cancer. In order to understand how green foods and green drinks really work, any preconceived ideas about nutrition must be put aside.

As the alkaline interstitial tissue fluid reserve is “used up” by maintaining the delicate alkaline pH of the blood at 7.365, acidity begins to increase in other organs causing latent tissue acidosis and stressing normal metabolic performance. To buffer the formation of lactic, uric and other damaging acids from food and metabolism, the body will leach calcium from the bones or magnesium from the muscles, or iron from the red blood cells to sodium ions from the plasma to “buffer” and neutralize these acids. Unfortunately this causes bone loss, muscle loss, arthritis and osteoporosis.

Making Green Drinks

First of all you may be saying, Green? “No Way!! I’m not drinking anything that’s green!” I promise you, they are delicious, and you can make them with 50% greens and 50% fruit, with a splash of nuts and seeds.

Just let your imagination run wild! The combinations are endless. Stick to a ratio of 50% greens, 40% fruit and 10% seeds or nuts. Add the best water you can find, preferably alkaline, microclustered, antioxidant Kangen Water. This is the healthiest water you can drink. Acidity is what causes inflammation in our bodies, and drinking alkaline water combats that acidity, but goes much further by acting like a magnet to strip away existing acid already in your body.
Make a green drink every morning and just watch your energy change. Cut out sugar, white flour, and processed foods. Stick to plenty of salads, chicken, fish, meat sparingly if you want it, minimal dairy, tons of veggies & fruit, and nuts, beans and seeds. If you have weight to lose, it should melt off your body.
