I keep researching vitamin C in regards to health benefits and YES even miracles. I am still unsettled on exactly what is the BEST form of Vitamin C to take. My understanding is that NONE of them are bad per se and taking almost any form of Vitamin C is better than NOT being on it at all.

NONE of them are bad choices. The Vitamin C and Tower lab's formulas are more or less complete in that they contain powdered vitamin C, and the amino acids Lysine and Proline along with other nutrients making then somewhat of a complete formula to follow the "Unified Theory" of heart disease and the cure for heart disease. The C-salts will require you to ADD Lysine and Proline, as does the Liposomal vitamin C whether purchased on line or made yourself at home.
