Keep in mind that these are the items kids (AND ADULTS) crave after eating their cheeseburger and fries and a regular coke..

Let's say you stopped for a treat on your way home from work. You decide to have a regular 16 oz coke and the small 8 oz McFlurry with M&M candies. Hey, what is wrong with that? Absolutely nothing if you think your system can handle 99 grams of sugar just before dinner. I haven't even mentioned the damage the 16 oz coke is going to do to the PH of your Interstitial Fluid.
