Oatmeal, Banana, Apple Smoothie For Diabetes

I came across this recipe for a morning breakfast smoothie for those on the go, or for those days when you overslept and are on the run to get out the door to work. This is off the VitaMixer Website for diabetic friendly smoothies.

I eat oatmeal with organic cold milled flax seeds, and blueberries every morning. I might substitute blueberries for the apple and perhaps add a tablespoon of organic cold pressed flax seed oil to it.
