A tribute to Jack La Lane who died this week at age 96. He was a health and fitness guru for many decades. I remember his fitness show well as a kid growing up. He was also a friend and mentor of the Bragg's who produce the Bragg's apple cider vinegar mention elsewhere in this BLOG.
