- 1 Banana
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (they are expensive now as the season is over, so go ahead and use frozen if you wish)
- 1 handful green grapes
- 1 small fennel / greens and bulb
- 1 handful spinach
- Water and ice to blend
