- CUT WAY back on white and wheat breads, whole grains, pasta, most breakfast cereals, cornstarch and MOST snack foods which are high in sodium and empty calories. I am talking about the whole crunchy /munchies isle of your local super market.
- TAKE A couple of tablespoons of organic, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil each day
- TAKE Green TEA extract or drink a quality green tea
- DRINK FRESH celery juice every day - make your own
- LIMIT caffeine
- LIMIT alcohol
- DON'T SMOKE
- EXERCISE 30-40 mins at least 5X weekly - brisk walking is terrific
- REDUCE SODIUM from foods. Make the snack food isle of your local store a forbidden zone
- EAT more fish
- TAKE calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, CoQ10, omega 3's and vitamin C
- EAT more nuts, pecans, walnuts, pistachios
- TAKE pine bark extract, and pomegranate caps, and Aceytl-L-Carnitine
- EAT more fresh vegetables and fruit every day / steam some broccoli and kale
- DRINK more water
- RELAX on purpose for 1/2 hour every day
This requires more effort than just popping another prescription drug, however in the long run it will pay BIG dividends.
