- Green smoothies using a (Ninja) or Vita Mixer or similar product - my favorite is 4 stalks of fresh crisp celery, 1 medium size apple, 1 medium size carrot, handful of baby spinach, tablespoon of yogurt, 12-16 ounces of cold water, 1/2 banana & 2 stevia packets and 4 or 5 ice cubes, perhaps an Emergen-C 1000 mg vit C packet - blend until it is a smooth liquid drink.
