Even reading labels alone will NOT completely protect you from these dangerous oils and trans fats since as mentioned in several posts, manufacturers can comply with FDA regulations in allowing them to put on their ingredient label "NO TRANS FATS" and still have up to 49% trans fats in a serving. In essence manufacturer's then play games with servings to allow the 49% trans fats in a serving.
