I am not a mathematician however, I can divide a given number by (4) and record the result. I take pomegranate supplements and have since I found out about its many benefits.
48 divided by 4 = 12, therefore one could eat the seeds of one quarter of a pomegranate daily and only consume 12 grams of sugar. It is NOT refined white sugar and comes with a host of cardiovascular and other benefits. I believe I am going to start buying whole pomegranates and quartering them and make them last four days in addition to continuing with the pomegranate capsules.
